They confirmed the booking via email straightaway and also called me to confirm. I up there 5 minutes before my appointment. Was greeted at reception by a very polite man. Then was taken into the massage room by the masseur and left to undress. The actual massage was so professional. The masseur knew exactly what muscles required more attention and spent time giving the most relaxing deep tissue massage.
