Rehabilitation professionals confer with the resident's physician and other team members to develop a plan of care and provide physical, occupation and speech therapy. Provide residents assistance with bathing, dressing and eating as well as restorative nursing.

The staff at Inglewood Health Care Center is looking forward to reuniting our family members and residents, and are following detailed guidance from County, State and Federal health agencies as we resume visitations in our facility. Have three or more residents or staff experienced a new onset of respiratory symptoms within 72 hours of each other? The health and well-being of our residents and staff is our top priority.
We are working closely with public health authorities and will continue to work diligently in implementing our COVID infection control policies and procedures along with our facility emergency plan.
Based on published guidance, we have implemented the following measures:. Monitoring residents for fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell. Facility personnel are using proper personal protective equipment in accord with published guidance. Actively screening employees and authorized visitors for fever and symptoms when they report to work.
