The ladies at Revive are so welcoming and lovely. They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better I suffer from cold fingers and toes!
The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous!
