Christopher Piering is a native of downstate New York and a lifelong Yankees fan. Christopher Piering is the son of Dr. Piering, he is the 4th generation chiropractor in the family. In addition to his Chiropractic education, Dr.
Christopher has an advanced certificate in Sports Science and Human Performance with plans to continue his education in rehabilitation, nutrition and in other areas related to chiropractic. He is kindhearted with a passion for helping others and enjoys snowboarding, photography, reading, hiking, backpacking and is an Adirondack 46er. Along with the extensive tool set I have to pull from, I am intuitive and highly sensitive, which helps me discern individual needs.
I am skilled at customizing each session and integrating a variety of bodywork Modalities. To live our Best Life, I believe we should play an active role in our wellness. I am passionate about empowering individuals to find what works best for them on their wellness journey. Often enacting a self-care practice or removing something is necessary to come back into homeostasis.
I believe we must have a holistic approach to our wellness rather than simply treating symptoms. Some things to consider are diet, posture, self-care practices, hydration, a need for supplementation, meditation, exercise, how we talk to ourselves and the beliefs we hold. Through our unique process we can access latent parts of ourselves, and step into our most authentic, healthy, and empowered life! My greatest teacher has been my yoga practice, uniting and grounding me into alignment with the best version of myself.
