Auckland Diving provides professionally run classes for brand new divers, right through to competitive training at Olympic level. Diving is a fun, dynamic and unique sport which helps develop agility, strength, co-ordination and deep water confidence.
Classes are suitable for people from five years through to adult; provided participants can comfortably swim in deep water. No diving experience is necessary. These classes are available on various days for most weeks of the term and school holidays.

The two clubs have contracted the provision of diving coaching and administration to ADCT and to that end the organisation runs the diving programme as if we are one club. The Clubs each appoint two Trustees to the board and the board draws other trustees, usually from amongst the parent members of the clubs.
