If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide our spa a minimum of 24 hours notice for regular bookings and 48 hours notice for packages and group bookings three or more guests.
A missed treatment or cancellation within the 24 hours before treatment will result in full charges and 48 hours for groups.
