I have a serious lower back injury from my teenage years and have seen chiropractors for over 30 years off and on for treatment. After my last chiropractor retired, I was not sure who I was going to go to for care. I happened upon Dr. Billy and I've been seeing him for about 2 years now. I'm very happy for him to have his own office and I highly recommend him.
It's obvious that he keeps up on current healthcare information and has a lot of insight into holistic approaches to wellness.
He asks questions and makes sure his patients understand and are comfortable with each step of his adjustment process. I feel I'm in good hands with Dr. Billy and I wouldn't say that about just anyone. I was struggling with bad lower back pain and finally decided to see a chiropractor for the first time Literally every part of the experience was totally amazing- starting with the hydro table, then adjustment, and ending with the cool down table. I had been struggling with some mild upper back issues for months.
I ended up calling Dr. Melot after reading good review on Yelp and google. Lisa at the front desk was able to get me in within an hour of my phone call, which was amazing because I was having a rough couple of days with my back issues. Melot took a few minutes to have me describe my discomfort and had me straightened out pretty quickly. I will definitely be going back for future issues. Plus, Brooke is awesome. Always nice to everyone the minute they walk into the door. Melot himself is a miracle worker. Extremely gifted and a craftsman of his work. Always going above and beyond to help us feel better. This was my first visit to a chiropractor, so my comparisons are light, but I was made to feel right at home. Melot explained everything that he was going to do and actually listened to my issues.
