On AXS. All parking, including accessible parking, is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Purchasing a pre-paid parking pass is suggested through Ticketmaster. Please view our Upcoming Events page to purchase tickets and reserve parking. A drop-off and pick-up location for guests is located at Westgate Entertainment District. Assistive listening devices are available to check out at the Guest Services Booth located near Section These devices will amplify the public address system. Concession stands are accessible to guests with disabilities.
If assistance is required at any food service areas, please contact the nearest usher. Escalators can be found at the main entrance near Sections and Wheeled devices, including baby strollers and wheelchairs are prohibited on the escalators.
In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of arena staff who have been properly trained in emergency preparedness. Desert Diamond Arena utilizes Evolv security scanners at certain entry points. This security screening system is a state-of the-art machine that does not require the removal of personal items and guests are simply able to walk through the system unimpeded. If a guest has an implanted medical device or other safety concerns and would like an alternative security screening, they can request one with our security team.
