A traditional massage in which therapists apply light to medium pressure specifically targeted to quickly reduce stress and muscle tension. Designed to target specific areas of tension, as well as full body relaxation through the application of various massage techniques. Performed with medium to deep pressure and tailored to address concerns regarding musculoskeletal tension and pain relief. The session will begin with your therapist performing a Postural and Gait Assessment to help identify areas of concern and develop a treatment plan.
The treatment consists of a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Range of Motion applications that are used to target specific areas of concern as well as full body relaxation.
