Ask at check-in that a credit is opened and let your minibar unlocked. Afterwards simply enjoy your stay. It's a nice room with amenities, and location is great. They don't seem to clean the toilet during their daily housekeeping, but I'm sure if you request, they'll do it. The service staff are all nice people.
Well located, tramway stop almost in front of hotel. Safe area, Police Station is immediate neighbor to Hotel. After disembarking off the tramway, it wasn't easy finding it. A nice corner building. But upon entering, the warmth was immediately felt. The staffer whom greeted us, was patient, very helpful and kind to us. The peaceful ambiance of this boutique hotel was notable. The only "bump" in our experience at the Crown, was that returning from a Krakow center Christmas Market visit, we wanted to warm up from the cold and humid evening out walking.
