Welcome to my home! Allow me to introduce myself. I've been practicing Massage Therapy for over 20 years and I absolutely love what I do! My style of therapeutic massage is a unique blend of techniques which serve to be effective in working out client's problem areas while providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience you will surely want to repeat. Pressure is typically medium to deep, but all strokes can be adjusted to fit the client's comfort level.
I also use flowing Swedish Massage, alternative modalities like Craniosacral Therapy, and energy work, specifically Reiki. I love to include the use of hot and even cold stones as well as steamed towels and aromatherapy in every session. I discovered my natural talent for massage and bodywork and it wasn't long before I developed an intense passion for the work and a desire to use it to help people maintain their health. It was here that I learned how to give massages with hot stones and discovered the therapeutic benefits of using them.
The hot stones have become a staple in my massage along with other skills learned in the Spa Track like Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Reflexology.
In addition I make it a point to continue my education through seminars and classes offered in my industry. I attended Erik Dalton's workshop on Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques where I learned how to work the body in a side-lying position. This has opened up a whole new world of bodywork for me and has allowed me to offer a 3 hour massage where I can really address the body from all angles and give clients the most complete massage ever.
