The room itself is spacious with plenty of storage for all belongings.
The bed is good. The room comes with a TV not sure about Netflix access , a boiler, cups, tea, coffee. Plus, the location is just a short minute walk to the train station and less than five minutes to the city center. The staff is friendly and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and location.
Overall, nothing to complain and highly recommended! We were in the hotel at the Ludwigsplatz for a night with 8 adults and 2 babies, since we were invited to a wedding. Before it was a little complicated to book the only two available children's beds fix for us. The service at CheckIn and Out was very friendly. I didn't see any staff at breakfast. However, it was clean and also spacious enough with child. The baby bed had a very soft matrace, which was okay for a night. Our beds were comfortable.
We came late night from the party and didn't hear anything, but in the morning the voice of our grandmother next door sounded relatively clear to us. But if I do not see a big problem in an older hotel, there is Oropax for that. The breakfast was enough. There were: filter coffee, tea, juices, musli, yoghurt, bread, a selection of cheese and sauce, salmon, various egg foods some vegetables and fruit. In principle, a pleasant stay but for 99 euros per night I expect some more about the modernization of the rooms.
