Therapeutic Massage is a modality that is used to target specific areas of tension or pain. This modality offers a light to firm pressure. Deep Tissue massage is a technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and or sport injuries. It involves by providing sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscle and connective tissue.
This allows you to get the most of the massage experience, if there are any trouble areas that can't be worked out in a 60 min session. By using a natural bristle brush,dry brushing rejuvenates, increases circulation for better metabolic behavior.

To ensure appointment availability I suggest a regular series of appointments to be scheduled in advance. Clients discover the value of regular appointments to help limit the stress and fatigue from day to day life and also can have many other health benefits. Our time together is important. Unless there is an emergency clients will be expected to pay half the price for the missed appointment or for cancellation with less than 24 hours advanced notice.
Cancellations will be accepted by appropriate phone message, voicemail, or text message. Clients who fail to do so will not be scheduled for any future appointments.
If coming to your home I request to arrive 10 minutes early and expect you to arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. My policy states that if you arrive late for your appointment I will not add more time to accommodate you. If I arrive late to our scheduled appointment I will not deduct time away from you.
