In its effort to promote quality education at a higher level, the state government has announced the Jharkhand State Higher Education Award Scheme. Under the scheme teachers, students, administrators and even institutions doing commendable work in the field of higher education in the state will be honoured. Under the scheme those students who achieve remarkable achievement in higher education will be honoured by the state government, at the same time those teachers who provide quality education too will be honoured.
Sources said that this scheme has been introduced to promote and provide quality education in the State. In today's cabinet meeting six agendas were given nod.
