Some of Cadbury's chocolates from the UK do not contain soy lecithin. Many of their chocolates contain ammonium phosphatides instead of lecithin. The only problem with Alter Eco is their equipment also processes products containing soy, so one would still seem to be sunk. Ola Pacifica.. No soy, no dairy.. Don't use nuts.. Just cacao, cane sugar and real vanilla pods, cinnamon, orange oil.. In my opinion, it sadly changed a perfect chocolate bar to a quite inferior one. India Carson.
