Whilst Troy is seen as an angel, Trevor-Austin is far from it. The two are currently not on talking terms since he turned to a life of crime. He tries to hit up several convenience stores along the way but fails, leaving his plans off to a rocky start. While driving around the city, Trevor heads into South Los Santos and decides to break into an apartment.
However, as soon as he is outside the apartment door, a man in a green hat and balaclava holds Trevor at gunpoint and gives him two options.
Trevor says he means no harm and is looking for friends in this line of work. He is told he is on gang turf and gets questioned by the gang member and tells them that his half-brother in the city who writes home to him about this kind of stuff.
Trevor finally spots an opportunity up in Vinewood hills. However, on his way, police spot him, almost running a stop sign and start to pursue him leading to a two-unit chase. Trevor manages to fool them by switching cars and gets away. Just before starting a new day in Los Santos, Trevor finds himself in another police chase after speeding around the city in an Obey 9F, which leads to him getting back on the highway up to sandy shores where he once again gets away.
Trevor believes his luck is starting to change. Trevor gets notified about a house he could rob in the hills. He gets in quickly and disables the alarm and finds some big scores, including a huge art statue, a television and some scrap metal. As he moves into the lower part of the home, he gets caught by the police department and surrenders quickly.
