A probable cause affidavit shows an undercover detective visited the parlor Friday and was greeted by year-old Xiaofei Deng.
Deng faces charges of engaging in prostitution, lewdness or assignation. The detective said Deng took him to the back, began massaging him, told him to roll over, continued massaging him and offered oral sex. We need to bring it to light. We need to turn off the flickering beyond light and we need to shine a light on this issue," Tom Robins, a former Edmond City councilman, said.
