I knew that something was not right with me but I could not put my finger on it. I did not believe her Nonetheless, symptoms do not lie. I had lost 50 lbs in six months, I barely slept 4 hours a night, I could no longer focus having lost my concentration abilities, my mind was going miles a minute of thinking about anything and everything, and, I could no longer function.
Most importantly I had lost interest in life as I was in a state of mind that I had lost control of my life. My life was in danger. I began a long and difficult process of healing. I did have setbacks brought on by different causes and at different levels: emotionally, personally, within my family unit, and, numerous external factors.
My therapy sessions with Paulette led to a full recovery. Today, I am healthy, I am strong, and, I continue to live my life without worrying too much about the things I cannot control.
