About This Content Cheyenne Storm is the one inmate trapped within the prison walls who is innocent of all charges. She has always been misunderstood and struggles to understand the powers she seems to have over mother nature.
Being misunderstood is exactly what landed her in the confines that hold her in now. She could easily use her powers to break out, but that would be playing as wicked as the cop who framed her to put her here. She refuses to ever go against the rules but she also knows that she serves a much greater purpose than she will ever begin to understand.
