But I had to re-schedule the appointment to a later day because I woke up feeling dreadful on the day of the original appointment.
When I called to cancel, I was told that they would have to charge me anyway the full cost of the facial! As it turned out they didn't do that, but I was stressed and anxious about losing that money and very upset about the uncaring attitude toward me as a long time customer.
