These types of murders are increasing. The murderer was never caught and may have done it again to another victim and may have been doing this for awhile. We need a national camera program than tracks these people with facial recognition software and puts them near the crime at the time it occured.
There is a lot of these black criminals that go free because people are afraid to come forward as witnesses. Racism is their trump card in many courtrooms and often receive very light sentences for their violent crimes against the innocent.
The surviving victims and their friends and families need to come forward and form a strong voice that will wake up this country to this problem.
