In addition, he has been appointed as Visiting Professor by various universities in the UK. Currently Professor Stephen Carter, incorporating his experience as a UN Project Director and Consultant and other practical experience, has been actively involved in developing and publishing numerous academic articles and Continuing Professional Devlopment activities since , including writing and delivering Marketing e-learning materials in print, television and video formats and materials on teaching, learning and assessments.
Tra Vinh University, Vietnam. He is an active researcher who has published many journal articles, and books and serves as an editorial board member in some journals. He has also led many projects related to the agricultural value chain, productivity, climate change, and entrepreneurial development.
He looks forward to working with PhD candidates and doing research collaborations in those fields. As a vice-rector of Tra Vinh University, he is in charge of international collaboration, scientific research and service development at Tra Vinh University and expects to expand cooperation with universities, including Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
