The rental department became its own company, separate of the sales company, and has continued to grow reaching over homes actively managed in The company was sold in and at that time specialized in several real estate management services: residential, associations, and commercial property management.
A decade later, in , the company was sold again. The Homeowners Property Management team and staff continue to serve Fayetteville and the surrounding area with premier, full-service property management that includes tenant screening and placement, managing collections, inspections, maintenance, legal compliance, and more. To visit and walk through a selected available rental property you have the option to schedule a viewing right on the Availability Page that features our vacant and available homes for rent, or you can come to our office, or you can call us at for information.
