You can substitute the canola oil with another oil that has a high smoke point. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken breasts. Preheat the smoker to degrees F, then brush it with canola oil. Smoked chicken breasts are excellent for meal prep, and if you are smoking chicken, you might as well make a bunch.
