Due to safety considerations, individuals 18 or younger are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving a service.
Children under 14 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult who is not receiving services. We do allow children and individuals under the age of 18 to receive services at the spa with the following guidelines: Pedicures and Manicures are allowed for anyone 5 and over.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this might create. When you arrive at our holistic spa, you will be given a locker, a luxurious robe, and a pair of slippers for your use during your visit.
If you are enjoying one of our body therapy spa packages, you may bring a swimsuit from home or we can provide you with a disposable one. We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
It would be best to leave jewelry at home, but if you must wear jewelry, we ask that you remove it before your treatment. For most appointments, we will ask that you arrive 15 minutes or more prior to your scheduled service time. You may come as early as you would like before your appointment or stay as long as you would like after your treatment to detox and unwind. Your treatment is more than a spa day.
