Agreements in progress lists all applications that we are considering for approval now. These may be new agreements or variations to existing agreements. The list of terminated agreements Excel includes the title, matter number and date it ended. Once an agreement ends, the document is no longer available to the public. We update this list each month. Certain kinds of registered agreements made before 1 January continued to operate when the Fair Work Act fully commenced on 1 January pre agreements.
We provide a list of all agreements made since that have not yet been terminated and have not yet ceased to operate as a result of the sunsetting of zombie agreements.
