Field Worker. Field Hand. Candidates with agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred. May include some holidays and weekends. Work schedule is subject to change based upon production needs. Collects and inspects eggs to ascertain quality and fitness for incubation by performing the below duties. When needed, will be required to assist other team members with duties or fill in for vacation, cross training, illness, etc.
Will be required to work in all areas of the farm. Appropriate clothing and footwear are provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry and body piercings covered by appropriate clothing. Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species chickens, ducks, birds, etc.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision; distance vision; color vision; peripheral vision; depth perception; and the ability to adjust focus. Ear plugs will be used as required. A respirator is required for formaldehyde application. Team member is expected to identify, address, and mitigate safety related risks.
