What people say This hotel captures the hospitable spirit of Albanians of Kosovo, is one of the best hotels I have been in, I mean you can listen to the news while in the shower, it doesn't get more posh than that. Oh, and Sara, the reception lady is the sweetest, along with the rest of the staff. Love Kosovo, love Pristine, love Royal Hotel, will be back next year. All the staff - from front desk, to waiters to cleaning staff -- were very friendly.
Hotel was one street back from a main street so was relatively quiet compared with other options in the same area. Excellent value for money. Location and staff very good. Liked the location. When I left. Pool area in basement was not very inviting. The restaurant in hotel is too expensive. The famous hydrojet didn't work. The inside swimming pool is not eated.
It was freezing. Could do with a spruce up. Room was nothing like what is advertised. When I questioned this, I was told the website had the wrong information. Avoid this place.
