On Monday, the Orlando City Council could approve what the building exteriors, streetscapes and other parts of the projects could look like. According to the plans that are set to be brought before Orlando commissioners on Monday, Westcourt consists of two phases.
The first phase will include a key full-service hotel with 16, square feet of indoor meeting space and conference space. On top of the hotel, there will be residential units. Also included in the first phase is an story office building at the southeast corner of Westcourt. Plans for Westcourt also address parking with a 1,space parking garage along Central Avenue.
According to the plans, phase two of the project shows two additional residential towers bookending both sides of the parking garage — with a level tower on the eastern corner and a level tower on the western corner.
