Eventually, you'll start wearing less. You think you won't, but you will! You'll learn fundamental pole moves like spins, transitions, and some choreography, as well as preps for climbs and inversions. Pole dancing requires no previous experience! You don't need upper body strength before you start. Beginners are welcome.
We have a strict no spectator policy for the safety and privacy of our students and instructors. Pressure mounted home poles have weight limits, but our professional grade equipment does not.
