Biscuit Love is a fast casual restaurant: When you arrive, view the menu and place your order at the register. We will bring everything you need to enjoy your meal directly to you. We try our best to pace taking orders with table availability. Your food will arrive very shortly after that. We are happy to serve you! We do not take reservations or call-ahead seating.
However if you are dining with us and are with a large group, please notify the register team when you're in line and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Groups may be seated separately. We will do our best to seat your entire party in a timely manner. We love furry-family members! Most of our locations have patios which are pet-friendly! The Nashville and Birmingham locations are not covered. Our Cincinnati location does not have outdoor seating. You can place an order by clicking here.
We do not take orders over the phone. Seating is limited, so our restaurant dining rooms and outdoor spaces are for dine-in customers only. All orders placed online are TO GO. Mondays, Fridays, weekends and holidays are our peak days and the wait time for standing in line to order is generally 45 minutes to an hour or more.
We will take your order as long as there are tables available. As soon as your order is placed, our kitchen gets to work making your meal and your food will arrive shortly after you've been seated. We no longer host private dining or special events at any of our locations. The Gulch : There is plenty of street and garage parking around us with several lots and garages offering free parking for the first hour. Hourly rates vary depending on each building. Cahaba Heights: There is free parking available in the surface lot in front of the restaurant with additional overflow parking in the rear of the building. Berry Farms: There is free parking available on the street surrounding the restaurant and a surface lot adjacent to Publix. Rates vary depending on the time and day of the week.
