The average guest stays for approximately 2 hours. As an event, our mission is to create an experience for families to treasure and make memories together. If you are only able to invest in one holiday experience as a family this year, our event will provide the best value for your money and will be the go-to holiday celebration where memories are made, laughter is contagious and the magic is real. Children 3 and under are always free. The family pass is a fantastic deal, especially when purchased during our early bird sale, as it is the best discount of the season. Unfortunately Family Bundles are not able to be rescheduled.
Once logged in, you can reschedule to another date. Please be advised if the ticketing system does not allow you to move to a different date in red , we too cannot process to move either.
