Book Online Contact Us. Hello Everyone! My family and I have lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming since March of , and we have absolutely fallen in love with this wonderful community. I was born and raised on a very rural farm in western Nebraska, where my love for nature, plants, and animals originated. The majority of my adult life was spent raising my children and animals, growing bountiful gardens, creating artwork, making natural body care products, and spending countless hours studying herbs, oils, nutrition, yoga, amongst other things that promote natural health and wellness.
As the years passed, my interests grew into passion and I felt abundantly drawn into pursing a career in something that helped people physically, emotionally, and spiritually. During that time I was able to learn a variety of modalities including swedish, prenatal, shiatsu, and reflexology massage.
After a few years, though, the stars aligned just right, and I was able to move to Cheyenne, Wyoming. This move allowed me to drive to Fort Collins, Colorado in order to finally complete my education in Massage Therapy, where I was able to graduate at the top of my class in April of Since graduating, I have taken a variety of continuing education courses and have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety on clients of all ages, health histories, and current conditions.
Although my main focus right now is relaxation, self care, and prenatal, I do offer therapeutic massage for those needing a little more therapeutic attention on specific muscles. I created Transcendence Massage with this mission: To assist each and every client in healing themself..
