All guests under the age of 16 years old need to have a legal guardian with them at all times. They will also need to have their legal guardian sign their waiver on their behalf.

If you or someone in your group is found to be underage drinking on Waco Surf property, the entire group will be asked to leave and escorted off premise. We take this stuff pretty seriously hereβ¦. But of course! No dogs are allowed in the Waco Surf Hotel or Houses on property. No dogs are surf lagoon or beach area, or waterpark activities area.
