Support for birthing people exploring IVF, infertility, family planning and parenting. Life transitions, building independence, finding community away from home, creating balance. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to reflect on life experiences, to express themselves, and to talk about things that are important to them. I believe this place needs to provide encouragement, feedback, and tools to help each person become empowered to further their personal development and healing.
The core of my practice focuses on helping those who've been impacted by multiple losses, broken relationships, violent life events, unstable home lives, systemic oppression, or interpersonal violence.
