Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast, spotless room with everything I needed. Staff was very nice and professional. I also loved the lounge integrating the bar. The room was very comfortable, and cozy and had the basic amenities needed for a great stay! Hotel is in good location. Staff is very nice and kind, smiling and helpful.
Room was big enough. We stayed 4 nights and every day was cleaning different. One day it was perfect, other day it was so so.. We stayed in other Motel One hotels around Europe and always were satisfied with beds and pillows. This time we were not.
Bed was too soft and pillows were too big and too stuffed. I do not understand why there are not two options for pillows when you have two pillows anyway.
Also for that price range, I would expect feather pillow, not the cheapest synthetic one. Motel One is my first choice everywhere, if available in a city. Big fan, regular guest, and this place never disappoints. Rooms are super clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The lobby and bar area are very nice, good place to relax after a long conference day. Staff is extremely friendly and super helpful, check-in and check-out always fast and easy. Location is also perfect, close to everything and easy to reach.
Highly recommend, will come back for sure! I wish rooms would have higher quality bath products body wash, shampoo and conditioner separately or maybe offer it at the reception on demand. Overall, a very nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the room, the service, and the overall amenities of Motel One.
