Not only does Stanley look fabulous, clearly he feels terrific too and really liked Ruben. Ruben was so warm and kind that he put Stanley at ease right away. Looking forward to our next appointment with Ruben when he will groom our other dog, Remi!
Andrew was beyond amazing and helped all of us to be comfortable; he sent detailed updates and pictures, it was so so reassuring. And to boot, the price is great. Thank you so much Barkbus and Andrew!! I got 3 pics of him and he loved his bath.
Thank you! The van was clean and Marisol was professional and friendly and Luna loved her!! I would highly recommend this service and so much easier for puppies. From the moment Belle met her, I think she felt really comfortable with her. Evelyn sent pictures to me at every stage of the groom and Belle looked happy in each picture. Thanks again for the great service provided by Barkbus and Evelyn. Mandy did a great job making sure my pup Pearl was acclimated before going ahead with the grooming.
Lots of pets and sweet talk. Best of all, they came to my house, i received updates with pictures! Worth every cent. Especially if you have a nervous doggo. She really made Danny feel at ease, and Danny looked amazing when she was finished! They have been groomed since they were babies and this was by far the best they have ever been groomed.

Kitty was our groomer and I cannot say enough great things. She was on time, professional, knowledgable, and had great communication throughout the entire appointment. She was very attentive and told us anything she saw that was out of the norm if any.
