Just remember that IBUs may be perceived differently from beer to beer depending on how much residual sugar is left to balance out the bitterness.

We dry hopped the shit out of it to give it a ton of flavor and aroma, but without the bitter kick. This beer was aged over toasted oak and brewed with German Pilsner malts. This is a classic style that is smooth and easy drinking.
