The family of a missing Fayetteville year-old are worried the sixth grader may have run away with an unknown male she was talking to on Snapchat. Thursday at her the family's Abbotts Landing Drive apartment. Williams said by phone from her home in Alaska on Friday that Jada and her mother got into an argument Thursday over the middle-schooler talking to the man on social media.
Williams said that after the argument, her sister-in-law went out about 6 p. When she returned about 8 p. Jada was gone. She said her sister-in-law tried to find Jada before reporting the middle schooler missing about 10 p. She said her niece, who's never run away before, also failed to show up to school on Friday. The family is concerned that the girl is with the man who was sending her inappropriate pictures. The Fayetteville Police Department announced shortly before 8 p. Friday that Jada was missing.
She is described as 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing pounds, with a medium-brown complexion, dark brown eyes and crocheted-style, medium-length, blondish-brown braids. She was last seen wearing blue Christmas-themed pajama pants and a long-sleeved black shirt. Anyone with information on Jada's whereabouts is asked to contact Investigative Assistant S.
