A peaceful, dimly-lit space, where you can find energy and balance. Just lie back and relax on one of the water beds measuring 33 degrees C. Relax in our light therapy room and feel how your life force is given a well-deserved boost. The recommended time to achieve optimal results between 10 minutes to an hour.
There is literally a sauna to suit each and every one of our guests. The short car journey of just 15 minutes from central Gothenburg is an attractive feature for all sorts of meetings and our seaside location gives the hotel a beautiful, re-energising framing.
