As a single woman, sharing deep relationships with others in an atmosphere of genuine love and honesty, is deeply satisfying and comforting. I appreciate the invitation VSF extends to all to bring to the table of our shared community life all of our gifts, offering them to God first and to each other generously. I was searching for something MORE. I desire to continue searching together for ways to listen to the voice of the Spirit leading us to BE the upside-down kingdom in this world.
One of the things I appreciate most about our group is authenticity. I grew up in a system where spirituality was measured primarily by appearance. Therefore, letting people see me struggle and living vulnerably in the midst of community was not encouraged. Pursuing God together in the midst of these authentic relationships is incredibly valuable to me. Hi, my name is Rhonda Peugh.
