This program is run by S ociety of St. Exodus Project is also working in collaboration with the Sacr amento Office of the Public Defender to provide case management, phones, and o ther resources to pre-trial clients. Exodus Project, Solano assists individuals reentering the community from incarceration who are suffering from mild to moderate mental illnesses.
Support given to clients includes: mentoring, long term case management, counseling, system navigation, linkage to community-based mental health and SUD treatment, referral to employment services, housing assistance, transportation, and support in navigating legal and probation requirements.
