According to a criminal complaint, on January 28, , WV State Troopers responded to a home in the Princeton area for a report of a sexual assault. Once on scene, troopers spoke with multiple people, which included the alleged victim and an assistant wrestling coach from Princeton Senior High School. The assistant coach told Troopers of his concern for the victim who was a female wrestler at the high school.
Further investigation led to another interview between the investigating Trooper and the alleged victim. The victim told investigators the relationship began when Francisco allegedly sent a picture that portrayed the female wrestler getting her hand raised from an angle behind the wrestler.
On December 20, , Francisco allegedly sent an explicit picture to the victim. The following day, December 21, , there was a wrestling match in Wise, Virginia. While staying at a hotel during the match, Francisco allegedly sent the victim a message telling her to come to his hotel room. During this incident, the victim and Francisco allegedly kissed and the victim was touched inappropriately.
In this incident, the victim was in the hotel sauna room with friends when Francisco allegedly entered the room. The victim and her friends reportedly left, which led Francisco to send a text message to victim directing her to come back to the sauna room while making sure nobody else was around. During this incident, Francisco and the victim reportedly had sexual intercourse. After the Summersville incident, the victim told a friend about what had happened.
This friend would be the one who brought the assaults to the attention of the PSHS assistant coach that was previously mentioned in this article. This is where the instances were confirmed to the assistant coach. During the conversation between the victim and assistant coach, she also reportedly told him of another incident where the victim and Francisco were physical at the business he owns, Royal Fades Barbershop in Princeton. This led investigators to carry out a search warrant on Francisco and the Royal Fades Barbershop.
