Each location is independently owned and operated. All session times includes up to 10 minutes of consultation and dressing, which occurs pre and post service.
Rating 1. The following morning I woke up and my entire face was swollen. My eyelids were swollen shut. My forehead and neck was red and covered in a rash. I called Massage Envy to speak to a manager. She was unavailable so I left a message to share my concerns and to ask what ingredients were in the products that were used on me. I still have not received a call back. I have had facials done monthly at other spas and have never had this experience.
Rating 5. The front desk staff was really nice, the location is really clean and my massage was amazing. Sonia gave an awesome massage, hit all the areas I asked and just overall had good pressure and technique. It was just great. Great service starting with manager Kaylie very helpful and and knowledgeable of their services Then my therapist Sonia just great will recommend to anyone. Rating 2. It's nice, but the subscription feels like a scam.
