Complete our request form. If you have a request for a specific doula or suggestions of ones you feel may be a good fit, we are happy to check with their availability for your birthing time. However, as a small nonprofit, we do not have the capacity for clients to interview several doulas, then select one from that process.
Your placement will be determined by your response to the Doula Confirmation Form and doula availability around your estimated due date EDD. While we will do everything possible to place you with a doula, making a request is not a guarantee that we will have a doula available at your birthing time! My goal is to ease anxiety, address concerns, seek answers, then advocate for your decisions at every stage of labor and delivery.
Countless hours spent poring over her reference books ignited a dream of becoming a midwife. However, life took me on a different path. After three decades in the nonprofit sector and raising my own family, I was presented with an unexpected opportunity to pursue my passion. I particularly enjoy working with first-time families, single mothers, and those who have experienced past trauma. I would be honored to provide a calm, peaceful presence and steady support to you so that you can have the best birth experience possible.
