If you used the mesmetron on Red while she was inside germantown, you're probably stuck on the quest big trouble in big town, because you will need to kill all of the slavers inside paradise falls to release her or you will need to kill her, so that the quest continue.

If you enslave red inside of germantown while the quest Big trouble in Big town requires you to rescue her, you will need to kill her or release her from paradise falls so the quest can be finished. If you unlock the gates and deactivate her bomb using the paradise falls terminal, there's a small chance that the game will glitch and she will start crouching and running towards the exit of paradise falls and no one will shoot her, if this happens to you then i think you will have no problems with your save later,but is almost certain that once you release her from the slavers, everyone will shoot her and the quest will fail.
Now you will need to have 50 on science to be able to deactivate her slave collar, if you dont you can use the command player. Dont unlock the gates and write TCL on the console,go through the gate and open the door. Once you're inside, talk to Red and use Science to deactivate her collar, if it doesnt work on the first time, load that save and try to deactivate the collar again, dont forget to disable TCL.
If you successfully deactivate her collar, i suggest that you make a New Save here and do the next step. I really recommend that you save here, once she is outside some things can happen thanks to the random number generator. The guards can kill her,sometimes she doesnt move and the goal here is to go outside and see if she will get inside again or if she will not be there,probably she will disappear or will stay outside for a few seconds until the guards shoot her and she goes desperate inside again, to save her life.
Once you're outside,you will find out if she will go back inside or if she will not be there,if one of those things happens, it worked and you can proceed to the next step. Now you will use TCL again to get out of the slave pen and go to the paradise falls exit Once you're outside of paradise falls,fast travel to bigtown,dont forget to disable TCL. After you arrive on bigtown, write on the console prid ,that's going to mark the red NPC for further commands Dont click on anything or close the console yet,write another command called moveto player,she will appear around you and will proceed to her clinic, in my case she appeared in front of me, but she can also appear behind you or on your side Now close the console and follow her to the clinic, once you're inside,talk to her and ask her to follow you.
