Before joining the firm in , Ms. Berman Schneider acquired experience working for two insurance litigation firms. She was fortunate to be mentored by a female partner who taught her the art of persuasive legal writing. Now, more than 25 years into her legal career, Ms. Berman Schneider continues to utilize these writing skills and mentors junior attorneys at the firm. Berman Schneider has substantial experience defending medical spas throughout the state of California.
Her article about risk management concepts for medical spas was published in in the Spa Management Journal. Berman Schneider has defended repossession cases including wrongful repossession claims, violation of the state and federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts, assault and battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, conversion, trespass and general negligence. She has been a frequent presenter at state and national repossession association meetings, with an emphasis on risk management in the repossession industry.
She has also been a contributor to repossession publications. She is married to attorney Spencer Schneider. They have two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading and baking.
