I felt supported and was new to Ashiatsu techniques as I have tended to be someone who mainly receives Swedish Massages. I got the relief I needed without discomfort. Overall I felt relaxed and expect that I will return as it felt like a connected and personalized experience. One of the best massages I have ever had and, as a former massage therapist, I'm very picky so do not say this lightly.
