The incumbent will also provide leadership to a functional team; manage fundraising, grant applications and is responsible for all compliance, supporting a large operational budget.
The incumbent will leverage resources and continue development of a strategic plan with board support to maintain and grow annual our signature fundraising event.
The incumbent will also seek other innovative fundraising and revenue growth opportunities to continue to diversify funding. Working closely with the functional team and the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will lead community engagement, communications, and build both internal and external relations with community partners to further strengthen the position of the LCGC in becoming a community leader in driving funding, gifts, and volunteer activation.
