More charges have been laid against a year-old Vancouver escort already facing a manslaughter allegation linked to a series of druggings and thefts around the Lower Mainland. Surrey RCMP say its continuing investigation led to charges of obstruction of justice, failing to comply with a release order, robbery and administering a stupefying or overpowering drug.
